Absolutely wonderful stopover with wonderful hosts! This was an emergency birthday booking as our original was cancelled 24 hours before due to a technical reason. After a 6-hour search on Airbnb, we finally came across this beautiful room with sea views, located further down from the pier. Positioned in a great area away from the main hustle, but with enough nearby for some beautiful food and drinks.Thank you so much, Emma & Simon, for a wonderful stay at such short notice, and thank you for my little birthday banner!James & Laura.

We absolutely loved our stay. Didn't want to come home! Simon greeted us on arrival and was really friendly and very informative about places to eat in the areaThe bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in! My husband is a poor sleeper and he slept like a log! Room was lovely and spacious and modern. Breakfast is pre-ordered and that is absolutely fine by us. Breakfast was really well organised and absolutely delicious.We would definitely recommend this hotel and will most certainly stay here again

Our stay at Pebble house Llandudno was a pleasant and relaxing early short break.Simon and Emma were excellent hosts and it was obvious from the start that they want their guests to enjoy their stay, nothing was too much trouble. They were very well organised with exceptional attention to detail.The guest house was clean and comfortable, the room was very comfortable and unlike some establishments they were generous with their tea and coffee making provision in the room.For breakfast, a choice based order sheet is available to fill in the previous day and there was nice choices to pre-order and it didn't dissapoint, the breakfast set us up for the day.Next time we wish to stay in Llandudno we will aim to book our stay at Pebble house again.Another bonus that might not be expected, the location is closer towards the 'little Orme' about a mile away from the central and pier area, this allowed for free car parking on the promenade.

Can highly recommend this family run hotel in a good location with free on street parking.The hotel run by Simon and Emma is modern well furnished with comfy beds and modern en suites. The breakfast which you can pre order with a good selection of hot and cold is very appetising will definitely return

Friendly owners, lovely freshly cooked breakfast and spotless room.Seafront location and easy 15 to 20 minute walk along the promenade into the town centre.Great restaurant around the corner, though advise booking ahead.Free and unrestricted parking right outside, plenty of spaces when we visited in late February.Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

From the moment we walked in Pebble House was more than we could have hoped for. The host Emma was lovely and telling us some nice bars to go to. The rooms were clean with an amazing view of the beach tje beds were comfy and the shower amazing. After a great sleep the breakfast was the topping off of a great stay we cannot recommend this place enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our budget double room was cosy and the bed was so comfy - we struggled to get out!! The breakfast in the mornings are really good and we really enjoyed our stay. Not to mention the views are gorgeous and you can step out right on to the parade :)

My wife and I stayed in the king suite for two nights. Pebble House is lovely clean and warming place, Simon and his wife were very accommodating nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was amazing we would highly recommend Pebble House to friends and family.

We arrived at pebble house to be met by a Beautiful property and first impressions mean a lot. It was very easy to get up the stairs and been able to park at the front of the property as I am disabled we were greeted by Simon he was a gentleman very polite and easy going he talked us through how to fill in the breakfast form and them showed us our room we stayed in rm 10 on ground floor next to the breakfast room. Well when he opened the door the room was a wow absolutely beautiful they had thought of every last detail all the luxury you need the bedding was soft the mattress was comfortable we had 2 leather comfy chairs placed in the window for our sea view it was warm and cosy. The room comes with a gorgeous en suite soft towels. We had a flat screen tv on the wall a kettle a coffee machine with a variety of pods and a little welcome basket on the bed there is plenty of information in the book they have in your room everything g you need. Breakfast delicious the eggs are free rangehe coffee was lovely and all in all I give it 10 stars I will be going back to pebble house and taking my family next time if youare looking for a cosy homely feeling pebble house is the place thankyou Emma and Simon we had a gorgeous time x

We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed every minute ,Emma spent time to explain the accommodation, and asked if we needed any information about llandudno. we had a free upgrade without asking. Simon took charge of breakfast and everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Just returned from another amazing 2nt stay, we have actually lost count now of how many times we have stayed here over the past few years, but never fails to deliver such lovely hospitality, beautiful rooms, so clean and beautifully decorated, Simon & Emma are such lovely chilled out hosts, gorgeous cooked breakfast each morning cooked by Emma & served by Simon, Llandudno is one of our favourite places to visit & cannot wait for our next visit. The Guest House is situated a good 20 mins walk from Llandudno town centre, on arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome.There is free on road parking for this area, but nearer the centre there are charges from parking machines.The guest house was exceptionally clean, and warm (as stayed out of season and was bitter outside).The sea view from our room window was phenomenal, with two comfy chairs to sit enjoy a coffee and the view.There were choices of drinks, with a choice of use of a espresso machine or just normal kettle.Breakfast was excellent, nice quaint small dining room, with a choice of make your own breakfast from a list required to fill out the night before.The bed was comfy,and cosy.I would recommend a stay at The Pebble House.

Pebble house is one of the best places we have stayed. On arrival we were warmly welcomed, Simon was very friendly and full of brilliant information of where to go for food and things to do. Our room like the rest of the hotel was spotless. Our room was finished to a high standard. Our room had some wedding decorations as we had just got married. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options and was excellent quality and tasted lovely. Would highly recommend pebble house hotel.

This is a lovely little place to stay, I went with a friend and we booked separate rooms with sea views and the rooms were spotless clean and had lovely decor with very comfy beds. My friend sad it was the comfiest bed she had stayed in. The breakfasts were really Scrummy and Simon and Emma were great hosts (as was his dad) and we said we would definitely go back.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome from Emma, our room was spotless,freshly decorated with a large comfortable bed and good size television. The breakfast was excellent, by far the best we've had in many of the other places we've stayed along the sea front. Highly recommended.

Just finished a lovely 3 night stay for our wedding anniversary, fabulous room looking over the sea.Really comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels, spacious room and decorated to a high standard.Room has everything you need for a lovely stay.Breakfast was well organised, picked our choices the day before and quality of ingredients was really good. Lots of options and the choice to order as much or little as you choose.Loved that the tv was on in the breakfast room with subtitles and music on in the background, have stayed in lots of places with a deadly quiet breakfast room and loved that this one has some background music to create a more relaxed environment.Location of b&b is good, and no issue with parking outside.Owners are helpful and friendly, both with questions asked prior to check in and on arrival, would highly recommend and would return.Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very nice family run guest house. Ideally located on the seafront with ample roadside parking. Place is very clean, modern style of decoration, friendly accommodating hosts, excellent WIFI for any business travellers. Bedroom nicely appointed, very comfortable bed, quiet not disturbed by adjoining rooms and well appointed. Excellent pre-ordered breakfast with ample choice including fresh fruit, and fresh cooked breakfast items using local produce. Very happy to recommend and stay again.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from Simon who made our stay enjoyable from start to finish. We had a sea view room which was extremely clean and had excellent tea and coffee making facilities, plus some biscuits thrown in. Couldn’t fault the breakfast which you pre ordered the day before. This was a great idea to cut down on waste and didn’t cause a problem at all. If you didn’t want to eat in the dining room you could have breakfast in your room at varying times to suit you.Would highly recommend the Pebble Hotel and the owners work extremely hard to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! We'd definitely stay again!

A lovely change, good accommodation,extremely clean and quiet. Excellent food, good weather. Plenty of walking along the prom and beyond meant the exercise of climbing 30 stairs was rather challenging at times!

We had the best time staying at Pebble house. Great hosts, made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Guided us around Llandudno, which was very helpful. Ideal location with free parking and a lovely walk up the promenade into the town centre. Room was great with all you need from tea and coffee with proper big mugs to enjoy a brew in the morning. Comfy bed. Great concept with breakfast too, order the night before and sit down at 9am, breakfast delicious and again big mugs 😂😂. We could not fault our stay. Thanks Simon and Emma!

We have just returned from a 2 night stay in the most lovely room.Ground floor,kingsize,seaview.What a stunning room it was too.Thebeautiful wooden bed was so comfy, as were the pillows.Lovely bathroom too.We loved our stay,Simon was the perfect host !!! Emma & Simon were excellent hosts and breakfast was delicious we booked late and we are so glad they had vacancies for our stay although the other rooms were snapped up very quickly, so all 10 rooms were filled, the breakfast service was excellent and we enjoyed chatting with our hosts giving us plenty of great advice we would 100% stay again and recommend Pebble House to friends and family.

What a lovely couple who have genuinely thought of everything. You'll receive a warm welcome to a spotlessly clean hotel. The rooms are warm, thoughtfully laid out with coffee machines, coffee pods, TV with movie options for film fans, eco towels, great shower and delicious breakfast options to suit everybody. A hotel filled with care and personal touches. Also great value for money.

We have never been to Llandudno and didn’t realise how much there was to do. I viewed a lot of B&B’s before booking and was so pleased we picked Pebble House and had a very pleasant stay.Simon was very helpful and informative. Breakfast was superb. We have just enjoyed another three night stay at Pebble House. We often struggle to find a room available so were delighted to get in. We took friends along this time too! Asalways Si and Emma made us very comfortable. Si is a friendly, welcoming and helpful host. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. We slept really well! Emma's breakfasts are delicious! A huge plus for me is that pets are not allowed so I can relax without worrying that I will meet a dog inside! Free parking right outside too! Lovely views too of the sea and the Great Orme. Until the next time!

Booked this last minute managed to get a lovely bay window sea view room.Very clean, and comfortable bed.Tea and Coffe machine in room with toiletries.Amazing views across the bay.Cooked breakfast was fantastic prompt at 9 but you can choose to have breakfast in your room.Will visit again thank you for a lovely weekend.We visited indulge restaurant this was first class such amazing food but book in advance well worth a visit

We were greeted on arrival by Emma who welcomed us and explained everything. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed was really comfortable.We had tea/coffee making facilities which we used.We also had shower products available.The excellent breakfast was served by Simon who was very friendly. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Simon. Our room was immaculate, clean and perfect for our much needed relaxing stay. Breakfast was served very quickly each morning and the choice was a perfect start to the day. We found Pebble House a warm, friendly and very clean Guest House and next time we come to Llandudno, we will definitely be staying here again.

Well what can we say ,would highly recommend Pebble House . The Hosts could not of been more welcoming. The rooms decor and cleanliness could not of been to a higher standard . This was our first visit to Pebble House.We definitely made the right choice!Our room was spotlessly clean and well stocked to include a Nespresso coffee machine.The huge bed was the most comfortable of any we have previously experienced in other hotels. Breakfast was beautifully presented, loads of choice, very tasty and the most efficiently run service.Simon and Emma were wonderful hosts and we can't recommend this B&B highly enough.

Simon and Emma are perfect hosts. We had a small but well equipped room overlooking the sea. Tea/Coffee provided with lots of milk. The room was cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was at 9am or you could choose to eat in your room/take out. Great choice of breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely go back.

We had a fantastic time in a lovely place which was spotless and very comfortable. With fantastic views the hosts were very attentive without being in your face which was lovely.But the breakfast was out of this world top quality produce cooked to perfection one of the best breakfast we have had,we will 100%be staying here again.BRILLIANT.

I came to the Pebble House with my 8yr old son it was our 1st time visiting and what a lovely place Simon & Emma have its run perfect 👌our room was plenty big enough for us two very clean & bedding & towels were changed on the second day been there. They are a very friendly couple and go above and beyond for anything that you need..you have plenty options on the breakfast menu which was fantastic for me & my son and I must say the full English breakfast was spot on very nice...I would highly recommend pebble House to anyone visiting Llandudno or nearby..me & my son didn't want come home and shall definitely go back agen....its wright on the sea front aswel what more could you want...well done to you both fantastic place you both have...loved our stay see you again soon. Emma and Simon went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. We received a warm welcome from Simon and he proved to be very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious especially the fruit bowl. 10 out of 10 for the information book in our room. Alongside the general information, the bookincludes good places to eat, walks in the local area, places to visit and their entrance prices [ very useful] A nice extra was the bar where you are welcome to take your own drinks and meet other guests.

What a beautiful B&B Pebble House is,so clean and tidy,has all the great facilities you need,and Simon and Emma are great hosts,friendly and informative as well as helpful with any issues if they may occur. The breakfast is superb.The view from the Sea view room was amazing and you can relax and watch the world go by. The B&B is situated in the quieter part of Llandudno and within 20 minute walk into the town, also there is free parking near the B&B which definitely is an advantage. Everything was perfect during our stay at Pebble House.Charming hosts in an immaculate property (and I am very fussy!)I would highly recommend.

I had a comfortable stay at Pebble House.Simon the owner was, at all times, polite and attentive.The room was well prepared, clean and sufficient to my needs.Even though thereis no specific areas for the guests to park their cars, car parking is available in the street outside.

Was only staying for one night! Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean bedroom, Simon, the host was very friendly and hospitable, also Emma who I spoke to on the phone when booking.Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of choice and fresh fruit on offer! All in all a very comfortable stay and would stay again

Stayed here before, returning as lovely B&B. Simon friendly and welcoming. Room clean with hot drink facilities. Breakfast choice is very good, fruit very fresh. Quieter end of Llandudno but within walking distance and there are restaurants nearby. Great base to go exploring from. Would definitely stay again.

As a young couple staying here it has been absolutely wonderful. The room was perfect with an amazing view. Morning breakfast was delicious and Simon and Emma have been fantastic hosts!.

All of the comfort of home on the road…. Rooms were spacious, newly renovated and very comfortable - lovely welcome basket and beautiful seaside view on the promenade. The breakfast was amazing- tasty and quality - loved the fruit cup- not the usual dud fruits you usually get - berries were fresh and in season - hot items were delicious! We luckily managed to get an overnight stay at Pebble House.We were greeted by Emma who went out of her way to help us check in early.she could not be more helpful to us.The room we had was spotlessly clean with an amazing bay window view. Breakfast was very good. We believe we fell very lucky finding Pebble House and will 100% return in the future !

A lovely weekend break by the sea. The room was clean and spacious with a large king sized bed. Breakfast was excellent ( saw me through the day !! ) Hotel run by a lovely couple who ensure you have a good stay.

Pebble House is a family run B & B. The rooms are modern,comfortable & scrupulously clean. It has excellent wi-fi, large screen TV with catch up (certainly BBC iplayer, ITVx etc) for times when the weather is inclement. The breakfasts were plentiful, beautifully cooked & very well presented.The location is good, it's around a 20 min stroll along the promenade, which was perfect for us as we were on a walking weekend! Just one note, there are a lot of stairs so remember to ask for a ground floor/lower floor room if stairs are a problem as there is no lift. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again & highly recommend to others.

We booked for three nights and booked direct which gave us the best deal and was able to get the room we wanted we stayed in a ground floor room which was ample for what we needed bed comfy room spotless and bathroom was beautiful coffee machine with pods was great if you like coffee and the toiletries were great the breakfast was run like a well oiled machine lovely all fresh and was ample for what you need and they even offer a breakfast to go if your heading out early which we used and was as fabulous as the eat in one. We will definitely be back as we have rekindled our love for Llandudno which is years ago since we last went the only down side to our stay was we never got to see the wonderful Emma who I had conversed with a couple of times and would have loved to thank her and congratulate her beautiful b&b

On arrival we were met by Simon who was very welcoming and ensured we had all the information we needed for our stay. The room, although smaller than we expected was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay.We had an issue with the kettle that was sorted out immediately and was no trouble at all. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious! The presentation was fabulous, thanks Emma.Pebble House is a little out of the town centre but not an issue if you couldn’t walk far as a taxi from the centre was only £3.90Altogether a very pleasant stay with very welcoming and knowledgeable hosts.

Pebble House is a lovely family guest houseon the sea front.We had a beautiful sea view and a cosy and very clean room/shower room with ample tea and a coffee pod machine.The owner was really helpful and offered advice on places to eat and things to visit.Only negative a few marks on the bedroom wall and on sofa at the bottom of the bed .Breakfast was yummy and we both agreed we would be back ... a great location with free parking as well

10/10 recommend staying here if visiting Llandudno.

Just stayed in their ground floor sea view room with my 91 year old step mum.Room was immaculate, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was enjoyable and well presented. Very efficient service delivery. Had read the excellent reviews and still impressed.Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

It was our first visit to Llandudno and Pebble House.The accommodation was excellent and our hosts were great.We enjoyed our stay so much that we have rebooked to visit again in September.

We came to remember and climb the Great Orme on what would have been our aunts 99th birthday. She died in March and her favourite place to holiday had always been Llandudno. The Pebble Hotel and Llandudno didn’t disappoint. The hotel was absolutely lovely and Simon couldn’t have been more helpful. We will certainly recommend the hotel to friends and hope to return at some point in the future to stay there again.

We booked direct with Pebble House which was considered cheaper than Booking.com who I would usually use. Simon was brilliant with keeping us updated and communications. we had booked room four, which had a lovely seaview over Llandudno bay from the bay window. The room was clean and comfortable central heating did come on which we found a bit much but opening the windows sorted that problem out! Breakfast was pre-ordered which was fine. It was beautiful prepared using top quality produce and served by Simon each morning. All in all a lovely day and we would definitely return. The only slight improvement would be the provision of water glasses in the bedroom. However, we were able to grab a couple from the downstairs bar area.

We were attending our friends wedding in Llandudno and Simon was very helpful and informative in directing us to the church and venue and checking out the local weather for a trip up the Great Orme during our stay. We would highly recommend a sea view room stunning views. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and you won't go hungry. Pebble house is situated just outside the centre which makes it a quiet place to stay with good parking facilities. It's a short walk into the centre. We would definitely stay here again. An amazing B&B in a perfect location.There was absolutely nothing negative about our stay.The room was exactly as the photos and equipped with everything you could require.The bed was so comfortable, we slept so well. Breakfast was perfect and gave you an excellent variety to select from. The hosts have done an awesome job.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our three night break at Pebble House and Llandudno. Pebble House was warm and welcoming and above all really clean and well presented. We had room 7 which had a super big bed and being back of the House it was really quiet and peaceful. We both enjoyed and looked forward to our breakfast and especially liked the fruit pots which were crammed with beautiful fresh berries and grapes followed by a great full Welsh breakfast with outstanding scrambled eggs and perfect bacon etc.,All in all we were well taken care of and loved our stay.

We spent a week at Pebble House and were very impressed with the accommodation and excellent breakfast. We needed somewhere with easy access due to disability issues and although there was no designated parking space We had no difficulty getting a spot nearby every night. Pebble House provided an ideal centre for touring any of the North Wales coast and Snowdonia. We can certainly recommend Pebble House.

It's a great place to stay, equidistant between the Ormes, literally a stones throw from the beach. Great on road parking opposite, food great and an easy going relaxed atmosphere.

My dad had been set to visit Llandudno and Conwy for a while now and finally we managed to find the time to do it and we couldn’t have chosen a bette replace to stay. The room was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed. To top it all off we had a great sea view. Even though it was on the other side of the city centre, we did not mind as it allowed us to have nice evening walks near the sea and nothing is further than a 20ish minutes walk.

I had a lovely few days at Pebble House.It's situation at the quieter end of the sea front was perfect for me.The host, Simon was unobtrusive but friendly and helpful. My single room, though small, was comfortable and very clean and had everything that I needed.The breakfast menu catered well for a vegetarian diet, and was quite sufficient. I would definitely stay there again.

Pebble House was such a lovely accommodation. We booked the Double Seaview on the first floor. Cozy in size, so very clean and spa like, and the bed was really comfortable. It was lovely to wake to the sea view and make an early morning coffee provided in the room to relax and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was generous and very delicious. Beyond the included amenities, Simon and Emma were warm and thoughtful hosts. Emma was supremely helpful in assisting our friends deal with a piece of delayed luggage, and insuring it was couriered to us at a subsequent accommodation during our holiday. She went above and beyond for us, and made a very difficult situation a lot more bearable. We highly recommend Pebble House, Llandudno.

Stayed here for work. Really lovely, clean room with great views of the front. There was everything needed in the room.Check in was easy and staff very friendly.Only downside was the breakfast served at one time. This was quite unusual compared to elsewhere I have stayed. We had to leave for work before the serving time. The breakfast bags were a nice substitute but would have been nice to have a site down breakfast.

Our standards were met.

Good location on the part of sea front where free parking is available outside the premises. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely room very clean , although a little smaller than expected but fine for a few days stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the wonderful Pebble House. Our hosts, Emma and Simon are so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is perfectly located with a comfortable to walk to the pier, shops, pubs and restaurants. Our room had magnificent views of the sea, pier, Great Orme and little Orme. This is a place we will return to many times.

We spent 3 nights in the ground floor king size sea view room. It was so comfortable, clean and spacious. Plenty of modern facilities and the plentiful breakfast was delicious, with everything cooked freshly and served to your own table. Simon and Emma have an amazing place and it is so friendly and welcoming. We will be coming back. Thank you for your hospitality.

The photographs are good but in real time it is better. The owners are very thoughtful and kindand whilst looking after us well, they ran a very tight ship, attending to all the things that might go wrong but did not because of theirdiligence. Food was great .....good quality and we thought it better than average. Looking forward to our next stay.

From arriving everything was explained in full,Simon was very helpful, the room although not very spacious had everything we required, the attention to detail from toiletries and ear plugs,to a delious breakfast, there was also information on walks and local restaurants,would definitely recommend staying here,we had a lovely break

The room and public areas were very clean and tidy.The host was pleasant and helpful regarding places to eat etc.Phone signal not good but can say that about the whole of Llandudno so not a direct criticism.

The room was ready for us and was very clean and tidy.The hospitality tray and nespresso pods welcome.Bathroom very clean with toiletries and nice towels.For us we did not think that the breakfast service worked getting everyone in at the same time with no flexibility and a wait on the first morning despite pre order as all guests there together.I would prefer not to pre-order the night before but that is a personal preference.

Hosts Emma and Simon lovely couple. We had room 1 which was on the ground floor at back of the property, so no sea view. Expected possibility of noise, but nothing very quiet.Our room was maybe a little compact, but meet our needs. Very clean, warm and addition of coffee machine was nice.Breakfasts were exceptional, and set us up for the day.Long walk into centre of Llandudno, but flat along the seafront promenade, so not an issue

Clean, friendly, best room, good breakfast. Pebble House is in the free parking area on the Promenade. We had the ground floor room with sea view. Easy walk to the Venue Cymru and the large shops. Llandudno's old shopping centre is further away and may be an issue if you have poor mobility. Would we stay here again? DEFINITELY YES

A lovely warm welcome from Simon, a delightful room with a very comfortable bed,very good choice for breakfast served in a warm sunny dining room. We only stayed for a couple of nights but they were very enjoyable, staying in an attractive guest house which was spotless.

The room was very clean and fresh and a nice comfy bed nice touch for the nespresso coffee machine in the room just one fault the noise from the plumbing every now and then annoying vibrating noise coming and going other than that very nice b&bwould stay again definitely 👍

Room was lovely shower a bit small need peppermint tea or green tea coffee and tea good quality couldn't find an iron apart from that it was really good view is great from our room number 8 although I would have loved the downing Street room number10 be good for future visit.

From the warmest of welcomes from Emma, to the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom, high spec finishes in the bathroom, and so tastefully decorated.The linen was the softest and the bed was incredibly comfortable.We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the chairs, drinking our chilled champagne and watching the world go by and the sea view.Location was perfect and parking was available just outside and it was free.A wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

Despite the weather we had a lovely stay the rooms were comfortable we stayed in a superior sea view room that didn't disappoint tea and coffee was replenished daily and the room was spotlessly clean the bathroom was modern only one small grip tha shower door didn't fold back far enough making it difficult to get in and out of the shower. Lovely breakfast with a good choice the hotel would benefit from a lounge area if like us we like to play board games but the adjoining hotel allowed us to us there lounge facilities which was great. The hotel is quite a distance from the pier so if you have walking difficulties take this on board but generally I would recommend this hotel.

We had chosen to spend a few days in Llandudno between Christmas and New Year looking for some relaxation and pampering. Pebble House did not disappoint. The very warm welcome set us immediately at ease and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was absolutely spotless and beautifully appointed - the bed was heavenly! Breakfast was delicious and well organised; again nothing appeared hurried or difficult. We would recommend Pebble House without hesitation.

Great stay at Pebble House, we went to Llandudno for the weekend to see a group at the theatre, 5 mins walk away.Simon and Emma were lovey hosts and nothing too much trouble. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean. Simon kept in touch initially to welcome us and then to let us know the room was ready as we were out and about in town. Breakfast was made to order and lovely and hot with plenty of choice. We will definitely stay again and will book direct next time. 😀

Nice quiet room, comfortable bed and good en-suite. Good location. Breakfast nice and preordering worked very well and I’m sure that reduces food waste. Serving all of residents in the dining area at once at a set time each day was something we hadn’t come across in other b and bs.

Pebble house is a really beautiful b&b, really lovely rooms, clean, and well presented throughout, brilliant location, parking right out the front, some breathtaking walks and views just minutes away. The hosts Emma and Simon are equally as awesome, couldn’t be more helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was lush, offered everything from cereals to a full cooked breakfast! We will definitely be recommending Pebble house and will be coming back ourselves!

We arrived at Pebble house to be greeted by Simon who was the most wonderful host , it was like home from home , warm and extremely inviting .Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a gorgeous view of the beach , complimentary tea and coffee throughout our stay . We stayed on a long weekend when a Tina Turner act was playing at the Venue close by. Although we gave the concert a miss Pebbles lived up to the song title.So easy to book with quick replies to queries. The rooms are spotlessly clean as are the towels and bedding. The mattress in our room was of excellent quality and we slept well. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to perfection. The owners are two of the most lovely people you could hope to meet. Accommodating, helpful and friendly just some of the plaudits that I could use.We will return.

From start to finnish, a warm welcome by the host Emma. We were this time visiting Pebble Hotel as a very convenient overnight stay for Llandudno venue theartre. The room on the downstairs front was very comfortable and tastefully decorated.The breakfast was top class.Well done to Simon and Emma for a few days break. We walked in to the beautiful room 9 with an amazing view of the sea.Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bed so comfy we will buy the same mattress!We had a delicious breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, coffee, juice, toast and full English in a nice rustic setting.Our 1 night stay felt like a holiday and the hosts were so lovely.Thank you your hospitality!

Looked up Guest Houses in Llandudno as it’s an area we live to visit! I add all the filters I wanted breakfast , parking, sea view, (was an extra) high ratings, and the Pebble House was up there! Absolutely everything we expected. Had an amazing time. Very friendly clean and excellent breakfast to start the day.

We stayed for six days with the small sea view room. The room was well presented with a very comfortable bed. Although on the sea front we hardly noticed the road traffic. The breakfast was excellent and swell presented. Simon was a very friendly and helpful host. if we return to this area in the future Pebble House will be our first choice.

We're from Llangollen but stayed over 2 nights for our daughter's wedding in Llandudno. Simon and Emma's beautiful guest house has the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, which meant so much to us after busy preparations and hectic schedules! Breakfast was a dream and nothing was too much trouble, including Simon bringing us an extra early breakfast due to the fact we had to be at the wedding at 11:00am. Thank you so much. Cannot recommend highly enough and we will be back!

Our first time at Pebble House. A much quieter part of Llandudno, and convenient for the Venue, and a couple of very good Italian restaurants. It takes about 30mins to walk into the centre of Llandudno, but a pleasant walk along the prom. Parking is also free on this side of the venue.Our room was clean and comfortable, pleasant modern decor, with many extras that just add to the finishing touches. Breakfast was very good, with vegetarian options. Simon and Emma run this establishment in a very professional manner. Everything seemed to run like clockwork, even though it was a busy weekend.We would not hesitate to return here.Felly, diolch yn fawr Simon ac Emma!

We finally got here after several attempts being thwarted by illness and Covid, and it was definitely worth the wait. Emma and Si are the most gracious of hosts and nothing was too much trou le.Their knowledge of the area was brilliant. Emma's cooking skills were sublime.The room (despite being on the top floor) was fantastic and their attention to detailwas not missed.If anyone is looking for that needle In a haystack of Hotels then they wouldn't be disappointed if they chose Pebble House. On arrival Simon gave us all the info we needed on Llandudno and surrounding area, places to eat etc.we had booked a budget double room which was lovely!The breakfast was outstanding ! We could not fault anything in this guest house , so much so we are still here and have booked to come and stay again next September!!

I booked a compact double room which was perfect for me but would be a little small for 2 people, room was quiet and spotless, bed was comfy. You are asked to fill out a breakfast form each evening which is fairly normal now and the service is at 9am for everyone but it went very smoothly everyday, food and service was excellent. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Pebble House.The hostess (Emma) was helpful in telling us all about what was happening in Llandudno, how the parking worked, and what walks there were.The cleanliness of the B&B, the wonderful breakfasts, and husband went out of his way to explain what walks there were around the area and how to get to them.Perfect hosts.

Stayed 3 nights at Pebble House in room 10 situated on the ground floor. The room was large and light with a bay window overlooking the Irish Sea. The bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower.Breakfast was great with a good choice.We stayed from 4/9 when the weather was hot, so when you left the windows open at night to get the sea breeze it was difficult to sleep till after 11ish when the traffic was quieter with being on the promenade! Having said this it didn’t spoil our stay and we would stay again in the same room because the room is so nice.You can stroll along the prom to get to the centre, only did this once as I found it difficult due to health reasons, but you can catch the bus which is only a short walk away or even get a cab as it only cost £3.50-£4 depending where you get it from.You have to go into Llandudno centre for bars and eating places as nothing much near Pebble House.Have to say we both enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My husband and I have just returned home from an amazing stay at Pebble House. We could not have wished for better hosts than Simon and Emma.We stayed in the Deluxe room over looking the sea, the room was very clean, tidy and well stocked with tea and coffee. The bed was so comfy and cosy.We selected our breakfast the night before, and I must say the fruit cup was delicious, and the cooked cooked good was amazing too.We will definitely be recommending Pebble House to all of our family and friends.

Situated at the far end of Llandudno nice and quite, you will find Pebble house where you will find a warm welcome. Beautifully clean andan excellent breakfast.

We have had a superb short stay at Pebble House.The accommodation is immaculately clean, room facilities more than you could ask for.We stayed in Room 5, which is on the sea front, offering beautiful views of the promenade lights at dusk, then glorious views of the bay in the morning.Breakfast was excellent, quality ingredients presented and cooked well.The guest house was full, not a spare table, but we were looked after well and cannot fault either the food or the service.Weve stayed at a 5 star hotel just a stride from here, and Pebble House trumps that stay by a very long way!.Hopefully when we return to Llandudno Pebble House will have availability again as we will definitely be back.

Simon and Emma are excellent hosts who will stop at nothing to ensure their guest are well taken care off.In fact, Simon should have been a butler, he'e so good.The room was first class and had good facilities including an excellent sea view. Just had 3 nights staying at Pebble House in Llandudno, and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Emma met us on arrival and spent time giving us the key places to visit. We met Simon the following morning at breakfast, he serves while Emma cooks and his quiet, efficient manner kept the dining room ticking.We never had any issues to call on them, which is just what we want from a good break.Definitely recommend this place.

Very clean rooms and super breakfast owners made us very welcome on arrival nothing was to much trouble. Would have liked the bar to have been open for a couple of drinks to end the evening though.

Stayed 4 nights at Pebble House. The room was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard, with a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma are fabulous hosts with nothing too much trouble. Emma's breakfasts are delicious with a good choice. The hotel is excellently positioned for the theatre, pubs, restaurants and shops, with a lovely 15 minute stroll to the pier. We will definitely be back.

Another brilliant stay with Simon and Emma. Stayed in room 8(sea view) this time. The little bit of traffic noise didn't bother me although earplugs are supplied in all the welcome packs The folder with eateries phone numbers is a welcome addition.The room was spotless and very comfortable with a hand a nd bath towel supplied. The breakfast is AMAZING! - you can have either a full breakfast or a 'pick and mix'one along with cereal,fruit, yogurt and toast, all pre-orderd the night before on forms in the reception area. I highly recommend staying here!!

The room was very clean and very comfortable bed. Having a kettle and a coffee machine Nespresso makes it more amazing as you have everything to make tea at anytime. Owners are very nice and polite. The idea have having a take away breakfast if you can’t stay is an absolutely good idea. Is definitely a place I will repeat when we have our church conference.

The room was imaculate, with a very comfy bed, warm and had lots of choice for tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was great and very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was great for me but a little hard for Dave (no bed is as good as your own). The breakfast was very nice and they cooked our bacon just as we liked it (fat well done/burnt). The only fault we had which is really not the B & B's fault was the fact I didn't realise how far down the front it was. We are both in our 70's, have back and hip problems, and do not have a car due to my husband having epilepsy, so the mile walk from the pier caused us problems. It might be an idea to put that fact on your web site. But as the weather was beautiful, we just took it steady and sat in garden till we got our breath back (we live in a caravan with no steps) to tackle the stairs. On the whole a super little break and Simon is a great waiter.

It was a delight staying at Pebble House.Just a few hundred metres from Venue Cymru and about half a mile from the station.I stayed in the smallest ensuite at the top of the house facing away from the see.The hosts made me very welcome and the rooms ( with an up-to-date Nespresso machine) was extremely comfortable.The bed was excellent and the linens, and towels fresh and regularly changed.The rooms are well ventilated and we had little if any noise from seagulls.The breakfast was delicious.

We stayed three nights in superior ground floor sea facing room, great host, superb breakfast with quality ingredients.Worst bits were bed was very high even for my 5ft 10" height, shower has high step up into it with no hand/grab rails inside or out of shower, i took my own stick on grab handle to use but it would`nt work due to tiles being textured one`s, maybe a bit more thought needed for people with mobility issues.

Clean and comfortable guest house run by a friendly couple. Great location not too far from local shops and plenty of great restaurants. Gluten free breakfast options were catered for.

From the moment Simon met us on our arrival until we left we experienced an excellent stay at Pebble House. The welcome we received was warm, friendly and very informative. All the information we needed was provided clearly and carefully and any questions we asked were addressed fully.We were struck at the outset at how clean the House was and this was emphasised when we got to our bedroom. It was quite exceptional. All the facilities we needed were provided for us. The bed was very clean and comfortable. There was so much evidence of attention to detail not only in the bedroom but also in the dining room that we were thankful for all that was done for us.The quality of the breakfast and pace of provision of each part of it was invariably very good. We were given what we asked for each morning and were fully satisfied every day.We wish to thank Simon and Emma for all that they did for us each day and throughout our holiday. It was simply excellent.

We chose Pebble House for it’s close location to the concert hall and fairly quiet not too near the centre.When we arrived, Simon was very helpful and friendly and only too ready to sort out our issue trying to connect to the house Wi-Fi.We stayed in Room 10 which was very spacious, clean and a with a really comfortable king size bed and very easy to use double walk in shower.The contemporary decor was really lovely with armchairs in the bay window.We also had a lovely view of the sea and surprisingly little noise from the promenade road.Emma’s breakfasts were really delicious and just the right amount.We shall definitely return and would heartily recommend.Thank you both for a really enjoyable break.

We were going to the theatre for the thank you and farewell tour by The Searchers and stayed at Pebble House we had a fantastic time, Simon was so helpfull with my limited movement, and the sea view room was great, breakfast superb location for amenaties could not be better..all in all wall to wall enjoyment...highly recomend...

Breakfast was ok but could do with more variety, fruit was our favourite as we dont like a cooked breakfast every morning,each to our own but apart from that excellent. I cannot but a fault on nothing, greated by simon every morning for breakfast.

We had a very good stay at the place, which is well decorated, clean, good location. The room is small, as it is an old house, but it has everything you need for someone traveling and getting to know Wales. Breakfast is very good with fresh fruit.

Pebble House is a beautiful little hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast is excellent! It is in a very convenient location overlooking the sea and parking is very easy.

Our room at the rear of the building, was small but perfectly formed!We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine, tea and biscuit as well.The bedroom was too small for us to sit in when we got back from our travels in the afternoon so we welcomed the opportunity to sit in the shared lounge/bar and bring our own bottle of champagne! Friendly welcome from Emma who also cooked to order our delicious breakfast.Loved the decor and the location right on the seafront and an easy walk to the centre.Would definitely recommend and come again.

Fantastic staff and great place to stay

Stayed for 3 nights beginning of may 2023 .Can not fault the accommadation and the hosts simon and emma.We had room 4 which was the bay window sea view room beautiful room and views.And breakfast was superb fresh local ingredients.Would definantly stay again when in llandudno.

I’ve just got back from staying here for 5 nights with my husband for my birthday treat. What a brilliant lovely place. Breakfast was amazing was really nice, it was a very good variety.The room we stayed in was a sea view double and it was beautiful, was very clean, the bed was really comfy.The owners Simon and Emma couldn’t enough for us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Just returned home after 4 days at Pebble House.We had a fantastic stay,with a Seaview room,spotlessly clean and comfortable. Emma and Simon are very attentive hosts with excellent customer service. We have just returned from our first visit to Pebble House in Llandudno.Hopefully it will not be our last visit to this truly wonderful B&B run by such a warm, friendly and welcoming couple.Simon and Emma worked exceedingly hard to ensure that we had the very best possibleshort break while staying at their property.The breakfasts - prepared by Emma - were absolutely wonderful, with a wide choice ranging from a full cooked breakfast down to merely a piece of toast, including fruit juices, cereals, tea and/or coffee.Simon was always available to give advice on places to visit and eateries.This was a most enjoyable visit.We cannot commend Emma and Simon highly enough.

Booked here after seeing it quite a lot on Facebook I was not aware of how many B&Bs there were available in this area of Llandudno, there are lots more than I imagined, but I have to say I’m glad I booked this one, yes it may have been further to town than some of the rest, but the b&b itself was nice, we met both the owners who were lovely, the room was clean & tidy & had everything that we needed. Breakfast was very fresh & plentiful, especially the option to have the fruit bowl that was delicious. If we were ever to visit the area again I would definitely stay at Pebble House again.

A beautiful guest house in which to stay with free parking outside and on nearby streets. Ideal accommodation in a lovely area.

Booked this room for a 3 day stay the room was better than we expected I had looked at the pictures of the room on the website but it was so much bigger then expected and sea view was brilliant.simon his great host Emma is there somewhere but don't see her much.this was are second stay at Pebble house and would go back again

We arrived at Pebble House a bit later than expected but was greeted by a very friendly and laid back Simon. He explained a few things and directed us to our immaculate, well presented room. I could not fault anything with the room apart from there where no glasses to have a glass of wine or juice. We even spent more time looking at the sea veiws than the TV!!Breakfast was delicious with a good variety and set us up for the day.My only critisism is that the place is ran by Simon and Emma, we didn't actually meet Emma!!Pebble House is by far one of the best B&B's we've stayed in, great atmosphere, great value for money and not too far from the town center.We will definately try to stay there again!Thanks for having us.

Pebble House and its amazing hosts Emma & Simon made our special weekend from Scotland, Comfortable and enjoyable. From arrival to departure Emma & Simon couldn’t do enough for you and are extremely attentive.Breakfast in the morning is fantastic, fresh and aesthetically pleasing, we have absolutely no complaints, the rooms are clean, fresh and modern and those beds are so comfortable.As an interior designer, I can say that the breakfast room is rustic, yet modern with a relative theme to the seaside. It’s very close to all local amenities aswell. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. We have already booked to revisit in August because we enjoyed it so much.

Stayed in a single room on 1st floor landing. Lovely little room and clean and warm. Didn't use the yea/coffee machine but it was well stocked ready to go. Comfortable bed with a modern bathroom suite.Lovely breakfast that you order to your own preference the day before. Didn't have the fruit glass but looked lovely. All freshly cooked.Great value for money but book on the Pebbles website as it is cheaper than the big websites.Thanks Simon and Emma (and Simons Dad)

When ever booking a stay in Llandudno we go straight to the Pebble House website, we don't look at other options. We've stayed here 3 times and will continue to stay. Previously stayed in a twin room which is now a super king room. Due to the size of the bed there was plenty of room and we slept straight through. Pebble House has everything that you need.

I found this guest accommodation months after I’d booked the Premier Inn and as the prices were comparable I cancelled the Premier Inn and booked Pebble House. We arrived in Llandudno at around 1pm and managed to park right outside, there was plenty of parking along that stretch and it’s free too! We went for a little walk and arrived back just after check in time. We were greeted very warmly by Simon and after a nice chat with him we were guided to our room. We were in room 4 which is on the 1st floor and has a perfect sea view through a lovely bay window. The room was spotless, infact my husband and I joked that it looked like it had never been used! Plenty of seating, 2 lovely comfortable chairs in the bay and a coffee table plus a sofa at the end of the bed facing the tv! The bed was a dream, so comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets and mirrors and the lighting in the bathroom was superb! There was a small hospitality basket which included snacks and earplugs (not that we needed them) and there were plenty of tea/coffee supplies along with pods for the Nespresso coffee machine!Breakfast has to be ordered the night before and what a good idea, it makes for a very pleasant experience at breakfast time. Simon & Emma you have it down to a fine art, very organised. I would highly recommend Pebble House to anyone staying in Llandudno, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Myself and my husband stayed in Room 10 on the ground floor between Christmas and New Year. It is well presented, warm and spotlessly clean. Our hosts were Emma and Simon who could not do enough for us. We ordered Champagne for arrival and that was there chilled in an ice bucket.A WhattsApp message was set up when we booked to communicate and we were given restaurant recommendations and so booked tables for each evening.Breakfasts were very good quality and well presented. These are ordered the night before or a smaller breakfast is available to take in your room.Room 10 does have a macerator which at times was a little distracting as for some reason it activates when using not just the toilet but also the sink and shower.We highly recommend a stay and will return.

We have been coming to Pebble House for years and this is one hotel that has stayed consistent from opening. Sleep great, breakfast great, fab hosts and finishing touches at 100%!Simon and Emma have found their calling in life and should be very proud of such a great bed and breakfast they have!

Pebble House ticks all the boxes for a good B&B but it is so much more.The decor, fittings and furniture all combine to give a relaxed and calm atmosphere.Only met one half of the hosts during this short stay and found him to be welcoming, pleasant and friendly.The key things for a B&B were definitely met - breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were spotless.

I had booked my stay at Pebble House, and then life got in the way, decorating my hall and landing has taken far longer than I expected, due to work commitments, Nanna duties and going to the T20 and netball at the Commonwealth Games.So, it was a lovely surprise when I took a breath and realised I was going back, it is a lovely hotel walking distance to town, breakfast is lovely and my dietary needs were catered for. This is our 5th or 6th time staying at Pebble House and it never disappoints. Simon and Emma are the perfect hosts. The accommodation is situated within easy walking distance of the town and amenities but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. We were very taken with this B&B. Simon and Emma are enthusiastic and hard-working hosts and did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one, going the extra mile to help us with travel and eating and drinking options and then some more. The establishment is a good way along the sea front from the centre of town but it's a very pleasant walk along the promenade and there is a good range of eating options on Mostyn Street, just behind the sea front. We would without hesitation recommend it to anyone as a place to stay in Llandudno

We stayed at Pebble House for my birthday. It is so clean and welcoming. I have allergy to dogs, and was impressed with no dogs present. The breakfast is lovely, great choice. The host is excellent, can’t do enough for you. People commented on no communal area, to gather, but no problem for us at all. The view is gorgeous, and we saw three seals close to the beach. I have an infinity with Wales, as my Nan was welsh. Oh and don’t forget your Welsh cakes from Gerard’s in Mostyn street, gorgeous to take home. This place is just lovely to stay and most of all the bed is fab. We have travelled a lot, and this was the best bed. We will be back.

My reservation at Pebble House was for a two-night stay, and from the warmest welcome on arrival to the time I left the whole experience was excellent.Simon and Emma are superb hosts, helpful, informative and always available for anything required. The location of the property is perfect for all main attractions with free parking directly outside too. I upgraded to a sea-view room (highly recommended) which was very well appointed and thoroughly clean. Breakfast choice was extensive, cooked freshly and was served hot. Overall the guest stay represented total £ value for money, combined with really good hosting. I will certainly return stay to Pebble House, and happily recommend to any visitors looking for quality accommodation in this location

We arrived early Friday day time and was greeted by Simon, lovely chap who talked us through all we needed to know, the room was lovely and clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. SIMON WAS AN EXCELLENT HOST, VERY WELCOMING, NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE. ROOMS CONTEMPORARY AND VERY CLEAN. LOVELY VIEWS AT THE QUIET END OF THE BAY.

We stayed for five nights in a very comfortable en suite room. Our host - Simon couldn’t do more to ensure our stay was problem free. Even when we lost our keys, he remained calm and he rang our one of the places where we had an excellent meal…..which he had also recommended . Not only did he locate the keys…..but went and collected them, so we didn’t have to worry any more.The breakfasts were excellent - plenty and done to order. He was supported by his lovely wife. The parking was a bit difficult as the area was very busy. However, we would stay at Pebble House again.

Just returned from a lovely 2nt stay, we've actually lost count now on the number of times we have stayed at Pebble House, just can't imagine staying anywhere else, stayed in the King sea view on the 2nd floor, immaculately clean as always, delicious full English breakfast, fresh fruit & cereals, Pebble House is a little gem run by such hardworking & friendly hosts Simon & Emma, thank you once again, cannot wait for our next visit 😊

Pebble house is a beautiful family run b&b, we stayed in the deluxe king sea view room. Beautiful view, lovely clean room with lots of space, coffee machine and some extra treats to enjoy.Amazing restaurant recommendations given, delicious breakfast served every morning with lots of options available.Very good set up and will definitely be visiting again :-)Thank you for making us feel so welcome x

Amazing service and contact before we even arrived.Met all needs required as I requested birthday decorations in the room upon arrival and the hosts didn’t disappoint! Welcoming and friendly! Down to earth! Extremely clean. Lovely furnishings and love the fresh clean crisp white bedding and towels.Honestly can not fault at all! Lovely fresh breakfasts with plenty of options. Fabulous small & very friendly hotel! Sadly only had time to stay one night & had lovely spacious room with a sea view.Room decor was beautiful & very tasteful. It was spotlessly clean & had everything you needed, including a large comfy bed, a great coffee machine & some thoughtful little extras.The breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients.Would definitely recommend & stay there again. Exceptionally clean and inviting place. Smells lovely when you enter. Our room was spotless and a good sizeeven with super king-size bed in it,was so so comfortable. Both had good night's sleep every night! Completely adequate heating for the colder months of the year. Decent size TV too. Delicious, perfectly cooked full English breakfast a must.Simon and Emma are welcoming, very friendly and helful owners.Would love to stay here again sometime and would definitely recommend to others 😊😊

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Pebble House.Our ground floor room was very tastefully equipped and very comfortable, with wonderful views from the large bay window. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice.Parking was available on the road outside. The hosts were very welcoming.

Don’t know where to start, Pebble House is very clean tidy & warm, and a very warm welcome awaits too. We stayed for two nights as we were getting married in Llandudno. We couldn’t of picked a better place to stay, Simon & Emma couldn’t do enough for us, even taking the time & trouble to put a bottle of fizz in our room for our arrival, and decorating our room after we were married. The guest house still retains some of its Victorian charm, but is also very modern too. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable.Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. We will be back for another stay that’s for sure, highly recommend by us.

Beautiful hotel in a superb location with glorious sea views. Room excellent with a very upmarket coffee machine, tea making facilities and snacks which was a very nice touch.The breakfast was superb with a good menu selection. Our host and hostess couldn't have done more for their guests. A really pleasant and comfortable couple of days staying at Pebble House.Would certainly return in the future.

Pebble House is a beautiful terrace bldg right on the sea front, the bedrooms are lovely, very high class and spotlessly clean.Simon and Emma are great hosts.Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. My sister in law had a stroke a couple of years ago and can’t move her left side and the downstairs bedroom was brilliant for her, lots of room and very comfy beds, and room for her wheel chair.All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pebble House.

What a wonderful place. The host Simon was warm and friendly and offered us information about the local area. The room was beautifully decorated with lots of additional touches which were a nice surprise. The views were incredible- right on the beachfront. Amd who would not want to wake up to the sound of the waves?Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and thoroughly enjoyed it! We would have loved to stay another night but unfortunately work was calling! Highly recommended!

What a brilliant weekend in a beautiful place it’s a absolute credit to Simon an Emma ..soon as we turned up we was made to feel so welcome . The breakfast was just right .. Situated in a perfect spot on the front very easy to park an only a few minutes from the town centre.. will definitely be going back ..

We stayed for a week at Pebble House and enjoyed every moment. We had a lovely, clean sea view room which was well decorated and had been recently refurbished . We had a coffee machine in our room which was a welcome feature. Breakfast options were endless including vegetarian sausages. Overall I can highly recommend this family run , attentive bed and breakfast.

This was our 5th stay at pebble house, Simon and Emma are excellent hosts nothing was to much trouble for them. Cleanliness is exceptional. Breakfast was lovely a good choice of cereal, fruit, yogurt and Emma fabulous full English breakfast, looking forward to our next stay, highly recommend a stay at pebble house. We won’t stay anywhere else.

Emma and Simon are wonderful, caring hosts and this B&B is a credit to them. Our room was spotlessly clean, light, airy and beautifully furnished and was like home from home, especially the bed!! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Super location on the sea front and ideal for Venue Cymru.

We had a really lovely time. Beds at Pebble House were absolutely fantastic as were all the little extras and breakfast was supberb. Well done Simon and Emma, such a lovely couple. We will definitely be returning next year so hope to see you then.

Pebble House is in a great location. The proprietors, Emma and Simon are very friendly and hospitable. The accommodations and food are excellent.

The Seaview bedroom was as it was described.The room was very clean and comfy.We were made to feel at home and the breakfasts were excellent.We stayed for 4 nights but the towels were only changed once but were told this was down to Covid which I felt was an excuse but I am happy to recommend Pebble House as an excellent place to stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2022. Everything at Pebble House was perfect for us. Our room was spotless, and had a great view of both Little Orme & the Great Orme.There was plenty to choose from for breakfast,which was cooked perfectly and came piping hot.Simon is theperfecthost, he was happy to spend time with us toexplain all the things to see & do in Llandudno & thebest places to eat.We highly recommend Pebble House.

Lovely clean premises, room a bit small but very clean and everything in we needed.Bed was comfortable.Breakfast was good quality and dining room was well set out with lovely crockery.Friendly host and felt if we had needed anything further, they would have been happy to oblige.

So we arrived at pebble house much later in the evening than we had anticipated and from then on everything was great! Simon was truly amazing explained everything we need to know and answered any questions we had! The room was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in (I'm not even joking!) Breakfast was really nice with plenty of options. I will definitely come again! It's the cutest place and the nicest hosts you can imagine. Very welcoming and friendly 5 stars all round..

I honestly cannot recommend The Pebble House enough! Me and my girlfriend had the warmest welcome on arrival to the B&B and the owners continued to look after us and were simply lovely. The owners were extremely helpful during our stay and ensured we had everything we needed. Unfortunately one of us required some first aid during our stay, following an accident at an activity centre, and were given bandages, a first aid kit as well as local advice on minor injury units. Local advice on the best places to go was very helpful to know too. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety to choose from. Everywhere was very clean and modern which made the whole place feel very homely. Thank you for a great stay! I would certainly return to The Pebble House in future!

Regular day visitors to Llandudno over many years, decided to take a holiday here. Booked in at Pebble House at is the Craig-Y-Don end of Llandudno and quieter than the main area.Also free on street parking available which is not always easy to find in main Llandudno.The room was clean, the bed cosy and facilities great. Simon was great with information about the area and restaurants and breakfast choice was comprehensive.The only recommendation I would make is that a couple more cups are left in the room for drinks. Although plenty of tea & coffee plus milk/sugar was provided there weren't enough cups to last 2 days between housekeeping. Whilst we did rinse them out each time, it would have been nicer to have had a clean cup each day. At other B&B's we have stayed at this is usually replenished daily.

We can’t believe we haven’t found this little B&B before! It’s by far the nicest B&B we have stayed in in Llandudno and having been visiting Llandudno for the last 20 year’s we’ve stayed in many.Simon and Emma were so welcoming and lovely. Our room was a king sea view, everything was spotlessly clean, and the Nespresso coffee machine was a very welcome bonus! The bed was very comfortable and the room had a lovely view.Breakfast was lovely, again everything was spotless in the dining room and the ingredients were good quality andeverything was cooked spot on. We will definitely return.

I was welcomed at the door by Simon and Emma who were a welcoming sight after my “short” walk from the train station. The Pebble House was tastefully decorated and after a short chat, I was shown to my room. Again everything seemed brand new and there was an abundance of tea/coffee making facilities and plenty of milk, for a change. The bed was like home from home and the shower was amazing. I ordered my breakfast from a menu the night before and wasn’t disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a perfect stay. I wouldn’t have any problem booking to stay there again if ever I was in Llandudno. Thank you Simon/Emma most enjoyable

Pebble House provided excellent accomodations. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, even providing a takeaway breakfast when I had an early start to my day. Simon provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to explore. Accomodations were excellent with every detail considered. I would highly recommend Pebble House for your next visit to North Wales.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my fiancé and parents. I was bringing them away for a few days. The B&B was immaculately clean with a great breakfast. My parents are very fussy and they loved it. The hosts were very friendly and Simon in particular was willing to give lots of hints and tips on local restaurants. I would most certainly recommend and stay again.

We had a lovely few days. The room was on the front very comfortable bed nice fresh bedding and towels.Breakfast was well cooked and presented good quality ingredients. Our only problem was parking but that is a problem in Llandudno in general.

Warm welcome. Clean room, bedding and linen. Clean onsuit shower room. Located on far side of town, which suites me as it was quite on this side and easy to find parking. Very good breakfast. Well managed property. Friendly and helpful owners. Would recommend to anyone.
